Your KeyCrib account can automatically manage the pin codes for booked guests, as well as co-hosts (e.g. cleaners).
Aside from allowing entry, it also tracks how many times people are entering or existing your property, even with the door left open. This provides an additional level of monitoring and can give relatively accurate statistics on occupancy numbers directly in your booking history.
The Kwikset Toucscreen smartlock includes SecureScreenTM technology to prevent false entry and code detection, BHMA Class AAA Security Rating, Power warning levels and Easy Battery Replacement.
With a KeyCrib Rule this addition can also give you or your guests warnings about guest overages or the status of a vacating guest.
